TOEIC® Listening and Reading Test

The TOEIC® Listening and Reading Test measures the everyday English skills needed to work in an international environment. Test questions reflect real-life situations from the modern global workplace, providing meaningful insight into a test taker’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as a description of the skills demonstrated at different score levels.

The TOEIC® Listening and Reading test evaluates workplace English proficiency and is widely trusted by employers around the world. It measures essential listening and reading skills required for effective communication across cultures.

Test Format

  • Total Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours

  • Sections:

    • Listening: 45 minutes

    • Reading: 75 minutes

    • Biographical Questions: 30 minutes

  • Content: 200 multiple-choice questions (100 per section)

What to Bring on Test Day

  • Two valid forms of ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.)

  • Two #2 pencils

  • Personal belongings such as phones, bags, and electronics must be left outside the test area.

Scoring

Scores are based on the number of correct answers and combine Listening and Reading results for a total score. Results are valid for two years. The TOEIC scoring system is designed to be objective and fair for all test takers.

ONLINE TOEIC TEST SESSIONS — GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

After Purchase: Once your payment is complete, we will contact you to confirm your information and provide general instructions for taking the test online. Your Zoom link, which will be used to monitor you during the exam, will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled test date.
