1. TEST RESCHEDULING
1.1 There will be NO refunds for test takers who fail to show up for the test or fail to cancel their registration. Unfortunately, rescheduling is not permitted under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are available on your scheduled test date.
1.2 If circumstances beyond EduForAfrica’s control—such as natural disasters, epidemics, or similar events—prevent the continuation of the program and require the suspension of testing, EduForAfrica will make commercially reasonable efforts to negotiate and arrange a make-up test within three months of the suspension announcement.
1.3 No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. This policy ensures the efficient allocation of resources and supports the sustainability of our educational programs.

2. PRIVACY PROTECTION
2.1 We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected—including registration details, test scores, and communication preferences—will be securely stored and used solely for administering EduForAfrica tests and related services.
2.2 Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except when necessary to comply with legal obligations or to deliver the services you have requested (e.g., sending test results to educational institutions). All data is handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws, and we take appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorized access or misuse.
2.3 Your Rights
